Welcome to Contigo Energy. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction or service with Contigo Energy.

1. Service Overview
Contigo Energy provides a service to help customers switch their electricity provider to the one offering the best rates based on their consumption. We do this by comparing electricity providers and managing the switching process on behalf of the customer.

2. Consent to Act on Your Behalf
By providing your personal information, including your IBAN, email, and phone number, you agree to allow Contigo Energy to act as your representative to:
-Contact your current electricity provider
-Contact the new electricity provider to complete the switch.
-Share your personal information with relevant electricity providers for the purpose of completing the switch.

3. Fees
Our service fee is based on the annual savings that we help you achieve.
Fee Structure: We charge 10% of your total annual savings, based on the difference between your old provider's rates and the new provider's rates.
Billing: The fee will only be charged after you receive your first bill from the new provider.
If your estimated savings are under €100 annually, the switch will be made free of charge.
If you refer 3 friends within a month, the switch will be made free of charge.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your switch request at any time before the switch is finalized. After the switch is completed, you must contact your new provider directly if you wish to cancel or change your service.

5. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data you provide, such as your name, IBAN, phone number, and email, will only be used for the purposes of:
-Facilitating your switch between electricity providers.
-Communicating with you regarding your service and savings.
-Improving our services.

6. Liability
Contigo Energy is not responsible for any issues arising from the service provided by the electricity provider after the switch, including but not limited to:
-Changes in the provider’s rates after the switch.Billing issues or discrepancies.
-Service interruptions.
-Our role is limited to facilitating the switch.
Any contractual obligations you have with your new electricity provider are governed by their terms and conditions.

7. Accuracy of Information
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Any inaccuracies may result in delays or the inability to complete the switch.

8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of these changes.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Barcelona. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
